Refund policy

This item is non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.
The final decision regarding refunds or replacements is at our sole discretion.
• Customers are advised not to accept any orders from the delivery partner if the outer packaging is damaged or torn.
• In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or different item, do not open the pack. We will offer a free replacement in this case when the pack is unopened. To process this, we will need to verify the issue by requesting a video recording showing the following:
1. All four sides of the outer carton
2. The invoice
3. All four sides of the cardamom pack
This video should capture all necessary details in one single recording, which should be sent to us for evaluation.
• If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have ordered, we will conduct an investigation to confirm whether the correct grade of cardamom was provided as per the description. In case your order matches our quality standards and our product description of the cardamom grade, we will not replace or refund for the item. This item is non-returnable due to its consumable nature. We recommend reviewing the product details on the website to verify the grade of cardamom you ordered. If you wish to raise a quality concern, please provide a video recording that includes:
1. All four sides of the outer carton
2. The invoice
3. All four sides of the cardamom pack
4. The cardamom inside the pack (if cardamom pack is opened)
This video should capture all necessary details in one single recording, which should be sent to us for evaluation.
- If you receive a damaged product but the outer carton was intact at the time of delivery, a thorough investigation will be conducted. The chances of this happening are negligible. We will require the same video documentation as outlined above to assess the situation and determine the next steps:
1. All four sides of the outer carton
2. The invoice
3. All four sides of the cardamom pack
4. The cardamom inside the pack (if cardamom pack is opened)
If we do not receive a satisfactory response from the customer within 3 days (for any concerns), the case will be closed.
